Part 2 situation at 230600utc. Ridge near 14s 144e to 25s 170e, weakening and slow moving. Trough near 16s 147e to 22s 154e to 28s 158e at 231100utc and near 16s 154e to 22s 159e to 28s 158e by 232300utc and 16s 156e to 23s 162e to 28s 157e by 241100utc.

Part 3 forecast northeast of ridge. Se to NE winds 10 to 20 knots with slight to moderate seas. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms north of 13s. Isolated showers elsewhere.

Southwest of ridge and northeast of trough. Mostly NW to NE winds 10 to 20 knots with slight to moderate seas. Winds increasing to 25 to 30 knots within 180nm trough south of 24s, with rough seas. Low to moderate S to SW swells south of 20s. Rain areas south of 18s and mainly east of trough.
