The river will fall below flood stage by Tuesday morning. * Impact... at 467 feet... flooding of some boathouses and docks around the lake occurs.

Elmore... Jefferson... Montgomery... Shelby... St. Clair and Talladega. In east central Alabama... Calhoun... Chambers... Clay... Cleburne... Lee... Macon... Randolph... Russell and Tallapoosa. In northeast Alabama... Cherokee and Etowah. In southeast Alabama... Bullock.

* heavy rainfall across eastern Alabama has saturated the ground and the antecedent conditions would result in flash flooding with any additional redevelopment and training over areas already impacted by flooding.

Kelly Springs Road at Eastaboga Road is impassible due to flooding. Several additional roads in the city of Talladega are also experiencing flash flooding, including Ward street, Coosa street, court street, east street north, west streed, and battle streed, as well as Alabama Highway 77 from Mount Olive to Burney street in Waldo.

Campbell Rd just off Hwy 21 is impassable due to water covering the Road. Utility/fire crews are unable to reach downed tree due to depth of water. Portions of granttown Rd are also covered with water.
