Sumter... Hernando... Pasco... Pinellas... Hillsborough... Polk... Manatee... Hardee... Sarasota... DeSoto. * Wind... around 15 mph with higher gusts possible. * Humidity... lowest afternoon values of 30 to 35 percent. * Erc... 27 or higher. * Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Precautionary/preparedness actions... Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the field.
