* Flood Watch for a portion of South Florida... including the following areas... coastal Broward... coastal Miami Dade... coastal Palm Beach... Metro Broward... Metro Miami Dade and Metro Palm Beach.
* Through this evening
* excessive rainfall amounts up to nearly 9 inches have fallen across portions of the East Coast Metro areas over the last 12 to 15 hours resulting in urban flooding. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected over the same area through this evening with isolated higher amounts possible.
* Main impacts will be street flooding of urban areas due to poor drainage and saturated soils.
