Advisory... which is in effect from 11 PM this evening to 11 am
* Winds... southwest 30 mph... with gusts to around 45 mph.
* Timing... pockets of very windy conditions will first develop
this evening coinciding with showers and thunderstorms... then
become more prolonged and widespread once the cold front passes
and the precipitation ends or diminishes markedly.
* Impacts... unanchored high surface area objects may be shifted
or toppled. High profile vehicles along the mostly unsheltered
highways of 195 and 95 across the Palouse will be especially
