EF-1 * estimated maximum wind speed... 110 mph * estimated path width... 200 yards * path length... 1.4 miles * fatalities... 0 * injuries... 0 * begin lat/Lon... 36.6293 N / -93.5842 W * end lat/Lon... 36.6423 N / -93.5670 W * this preliminary information was determined by a National Weather Service survey team and is subject to change pending final review of the event and publication in National Weather Service storm data. Additional information... A tornado rated EF-0 initially touched down 2.3 miles northeast of Shell Knob and became an EF-1 tornado about 2.75 miles northeast of Shell Knob and then became an EF-0 tornado for the duration of its path.
