Rain fell within past 30 to 40 minutes. A wind gust of 40 to 45 mph was also reported... knocking several shingles off roof and causing rain to leak in.

War Creek, Breathitt County.
Flash flood, reported by public.
War Creek Road that runs along and about 200 ft away from War Creek has water over Road washing out the roadway. Observer reported that this is a gravel Road but that the water is Knee Deep in places and flowing over the bridge. Not sure if this is a low water crossing. If creek rises 2 to 3 feet higher he will need to evacuate.
