Crow Wing... northern Aitkin... Pine and southern Aitkin. In north central Minnesota... Koochiching... northern Cass... northern Itasca... southern Cass and southern Itasca. In northeast Minnesota... Carlton/southern St. Louis... central St. Louis... northern Cook/Northern Lake... northern St. Louis... southern Cook/Lakeshore and Southern Lake/Lakeshore. * Through Tuesday morning * heavy rains falling on already saturated ground could lead to local flash flooding along rivers... streams... and other poorly drained areas. * Low lying areas... ditches and roads... will also be vulnerable to flooding.
