The National Weather Service in Albany has issued an
* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for minor flooding of poor
drainage areas in...

Lake George and Saratoga region...
southern Vermont...
northern Berkshires...
northern Taconics...
* until 515 am EDT
* at 1121 PM EDT National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
training thunderstorms across the Mohawk River valley eastward to
western New England. These thunderstorms will produce very heavy
downpours and cause ponding of water on roadways... minor flooding
of low lying and poor drainage areas and rapid rises on small
streams. Rainfall rates as high as 1 to 2 inches an hour will
occur with these storms.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
