Payne County in central Oklahoma... eastern Garfield County in northern Oklahoma... Noble County in northern Oklahoma... * until 400 PM CDT * thunderstorms from eastern Garfield County into northern Lincoln County continue to produce heavy rain as they move slowly southeast. Rainfall rates of around an inch per hour will be possible in the heavier storms.
