Isolated thunderstorms are beginning to develop across the area. The
environment is favorable for brief funnel clouds with some of these
storms through 9 PM. Most of these funnels will not reach the
ground... however a brief touchdown is possible. These types of
tornadoes generally last only a minute or two. However if you feel
your safety is in jeopardy... take shelter inside a sturdy building.
