Watch... which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday
evening.
* Wind... will become sustained from the southwest to west at 15 to
25 mph Sunday afternoon.
* Humidity... will drop to 5 to 10 percent.
* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
