Very heavy rain with up to 1 to 2 inches of rain in one hour will cause water to pond on roads and in poor drainage areas. There may be rapid rises on small streams and creeks.
Locations impacted include but are not limited to... Exit 10 i89... Waterbury Center... Moscow... Stowe... Mount Worcester... Worcester... Elmore... Randolph Center... North Randolph... South Lincoln... North Clarendon... Gaysville... Brandon.
