The average temperature in La Crosse was 11.2 degrees. This was 11.2 degrees below normal. The average high was 21.5 degrees while the average low was 1.0 degrees. The highest temperature for the month was 40 degrees on the 7th. The lowest temperature in February was -15 degrees which occurred on the 23rd.
