Just yesterday and the past few days Kuala Lumpur has been schorching under the sun however due to the dreary weather and thunderstorms in the late morning today. At 12 PM today the temperature at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah was only 24 Degrees Celsius.

This afternoon was one of the hottest afternoons for Kuala Lumpur throughout this year with Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport registering a temperature of 35 Degrees Celsius and KLIA registering 34 Degrees Celsius.As of 11 PM the temperature at the Sultan Abdul Aziz shah airport was still a 30 Degrees Celsius while the temperature KLIA was 29 Degrees Celsius.Thankfully though this afternoon was quite windy providing a slight relief from the heat.According to the weathe...

During this period all of the days had a thunderstorm with the least activity probably being on Saturday.The thunderstorm activity was mainly in the afternoon with some days with thunderstorms during the pre dawn to dawn hours,at night or both.The maximum temperature was 34 Degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 23 Degrees celsius at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport at 5:00 PM on Monday 22 April 2013 when a seve...

Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore is currently experiencing some southwesterly winds which is causing sumatras to form that can affect coastal areas along the west coast of Singapore.One such Sumatra is currently occurring over the straits of Melaka.Sumatras normally start to occur from May and persisting until September.

Thunderstorms may move in from the Straits of Meleka tonight bringing heavy rain and strong winds.
