Ernesto back over Water - Strengthening

As of the 1 AM update from the National Hurricane Center - Reconnaissance aircraft finds Ernesto strengthening and reorganizing. It is beginning to look like someone flipped the hurricane switch to the "ON" position. Currently there are three areas that the National Hurricane Center is watching. As of early this afternoon, the Hurricane Hunter aircraft, while investigating Tropical Depression 5, found maximum sustained winds of 45 KTS or 52 MPH.
