It was a rare point of bipartisan agreement during an election year: a proposal that Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin described last year as handing the U.N. This program is 53 minutes in length and requires a broadband connection of at least 1.5 to 2.0 megabits per second to watch. The link will take you directly to the TPT-2 website so it doesn't use any of Weather Underground's bandwidth. The video works pretty much like a YouTube video. I highly recommend this program as it shows the problems involved with forecasting tornadoes and the latest research being done towards giving more advance time warnings to help protect the public from these monsters.
