Organized religion is the oldest form of societal control that usually has a rigid hierarchical structure with the social engineers disguised as prophets sitting on top selling guilt or fear.

There are countless quotes from the founders that make it crystal clear that they were for a total separation of church and State. There is no doubt that they would have been against 501c3 tax-exempt State-sponsored FEMA churches preaching Romans:13, the favorite bible passage of tyrants worldwide because it can interpreted as complete "submission to authorities" no matter how despotic they may be and that it is sacreligious to even question bad governments.



Romans:13 was used by "clergy response teams" in New Orleans after Katrina to get people to give up their guns, and it was a success. In my opinion, Katrina was a test case for the coming martial law and continuity of government plans.

There is no coming "Martial Law", and there are plenty of guns to go around don't worry, especially in the South. Guns will never be taken away--maybe controlled somewhat, but never taken away. Just ain't gonna happen.

Seems to me that your "about" header could be a reflection of any political party, not just the Tea Party. All politicians are corrupt and in it for themselves and their own agendas, labeling a single party like you have either shows a extremly closed mind and tunnel visioned view of the political machine, or you truly believe the propaganda which you quote in your blogs.

Easy Tea, I agree the Tea party is slanted and corrupt, but no more so than any other political party, that's all I'm saying. In regards to your quoting of our founding fathers, I am 100% in agreement with their ideas and statements, however in regards to some of your quotes....I believe that by quoting others, you sometimes limit yourself. What I mean by this is quote as you wish, however there are always opposing viewpoints from the other side to be found. Liberal thinking is polar opposite by conservative, and both have there outlets and can be quoted by those who wish to believe as they do. Like it or not Tea we both agree with each other, just in different ways, see I believe that by remaining in a neutral corner I can see the truth a little clearer than those who hide behind party lines. I believe in a smaller governement, one who worries about this country as a whole, and not one who believes in mandating the people, and lending aide to those who will not do for themselves. I believe in the freedoms that our fathers died for, not in limiting us by their beliefs, fears, or agendas. I also believe that peace comes from a strong and able military, the ability to defend ourselves and our allies is the surest way to maintain peace on our volatile planet, but we are also not a world police force, lending aide to those who refuse to help themselves, or those who hate us, does little but waste precious human lives, and diminish our standing in the eyes of those who wish ill upon us. So you see, we agree on much my friend, it's only small differences that set you and I apart.

I agree with alot that both of you say, but it seems to me that the Tea Party is,"slanted and corrupt" in an acceptionally evil and harmful way when compared to the main streams in both the Republican and Democratic parties.

LT, I just wiped out an entire entry, and started again, way to over the top! Anyway, I cannot lean toward any political party anymore. Corruption and blatant ignorance have all but soured me on the machine that we call big government. What I know is this, we as a nation are still in crisis! The parties be it Tea, Dems., or Reps., are not in our corner, as a matter of fact, I do not believe for one second that any of them even give a hoot what we as Americans think as long as their personnal agendas get top priority. See that's what I mean, look at Teas "about" statement, it could describe any party anymore.

Maybe what you say is true Ash, but as a people we must choose then between the lesser of several "Evils". That is the hard thing to do.

That's another thing I really do not understand LT, that being the way in which our political system works. Why should it be the one with the most money wins the nomination for office all the time. I believe out there amongst the millions of Americans there are individuals who are overly qualified for political office. Those who understand the values that America was founded on, who get that if there's no money to be had, you cannot spend more! I person who is grounded in his values, and believes in the old time "roll up your sleeves mentality", and cannot be bought by special interest groups. Seems money and politics go hand in hand, and we as a "lemming" nation just follow right along as those who may really make a difference get lost in the shuffle. Why as Americans should we even begin to settle for the lesser of any evil, are we not smart enough to realize the game, and put a stop to it? We are so lost as a nation that a pretty smile, and fine words woo us into a voting for someone that has absolutly no experience to do the job that he was given, then in the same breath fight amongst ourselves as we falter in every catagory, unable, or un-willing to see the truth of the matter. Settling is not the answer, taking it back, and making the most of it.....is the answer.

That is the question, and as always, the"Devil is in the Details" Settling is not the answer, as you say, taking it back is, but how?We are human beings, and as such we all have to deal with "Human Nature" and human nature has it's weaknesses and it's strengths. Some follow, some lead, some don't care(untill something directly affects them!). Your question is one I can't answer.
