5/19/13 - Well, it appears to be our turn for severe. Dau and Future Son in Law in Oklahoma barely missed the big long tracking tornadoes of the day, just East of their home. Phew. Let's hope we get lucky around here in Chicagoland. Noaa Radios on! If I'm not posting severe and we've got weather...then I'm probably not by a computer and feel free to post for our area if it pops, please!

5/14/13 - We went from Winter to summer in the blink of an eye! 86 degrees here in N. Illinois!
Still going to hold off one more week and a half though before we plant a garden. We are skeptical about one more freeze even though we are shooting up to 87 tomorrow.

Anyway, this blog will feature all the items I promised in the last blog and may even take us through til July because it's still quite busy for me. Not a lot of time to post, but will do my best (and that could change at any time)
As always, you're welcome to add comments anytime, pics of your gardens, etc... and interesting discussion, plus any severe you feel noteworthy!

Leaving friends here is hard. But, you all know how hard it has been for me with these trolls and finally I just don't care anymore. Being called out on the main and in the new Moderator blog was just too much today. Why me? go figure.

	Sneaky fog frost

February started out a -13 wind chill for me this morning. And, a sun dog in the crisp clear blue winter sky. A tell tale sign (imo) of our three lil clippers on their way to annoy us.
