What crazy weather... We had daffodils blooming on the 5th of February almost 2 weeks earlier than last year and 4 weeks earlier than the year before. I was afraid that we could see a VERY hot summer with an abundant of insects. But now, I see and hear rumors that we may see a major snow storm Saturday night and Sunday. Okay, on Saturday, August 13th, I was walking on the river (not getting wet)hunting unusual rocks. I was yelling at the dog to stay out of stagnate pools of water that didn't look healthy. I've seen the river worse in 10 years, but it was starting to worry me. I wish I took before pictures... Then we got over 2 inches of rain and they got a lot more up river over Saturday night and this is what I saw when I went out with the dog...The first picture is the second ...
