I'll second weatherblog's inquiry, and add to it. Can you please describe and differentiate the following: Subtropical storm, extra-tropical storm, and hybrid storm. Please include the signifigance of geographical placement of each storm's genesis, as well as placement of highest winds during the storm's life. No I am not joking, this is really my question.
