Statement as of 1:29 PM CDT on May 18, 2013
The Flood Advisory continues for
the Mississippi River at Memphis
* until Saturday may 18.
* At 01 PM Saturday the stage was 33.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will slowly fall to near 33.0 feet Saturday may 18.
* At 33.0 feet... Rivergate drive could beging to flood north of the
rail yards. Settlement at Blue Lake is flooded. Most all secondary
roads east of the Arkansas levee are covered.
