A storm survey will be conducted by the National Weather Service office in Des Moines for portions of Madison... Dallas and Polk counties on Monday in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on Sunday may 19th 2013.
The results and conclusions of the survey will be completed and transmitted via a public information statement and also posted to our website [weather.Gov/dmx] by late Monday afternoon.
