The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a * Flash Flood Watch for portions of central Minnesota... including areas near and north of a line from Morris... to St. Cloud... to Cambridge. * From 9 PM CDT this evening through Sunday afternoon * a combination of the already saturated ground and the expected heavy rain tonight could lead to localized areas of flash flooding. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
