Only a few small showers exist across east central Florida as of 6:00 PM. Because shower and storm activity got started so early today though...some areas saw activity this morning and have since had a chance to clear out and heat up again this afternoon. Further storm development is possible in these areas and the current radar trend already shows some redevelopment in eastern Indian River County. The best possibility for more storms will be along the Brevard...Indian River...and Saint Lucie County coasts through this evening.
