An additional one quarter to three quarters of an inch of rainfall is possible across central North Dakota tonight through Tuesday. Lesser amounts of up to one quarter inch are expected in western North Dakota. Soils continue to saturate across the entire area and the threat of overland flooding... including County and township roads in low lying areas and locations of poor drainage continues.
