Boats sit on the bottom in a dry cove at Morse Reservoir in Noblesville, Ind., Monday, July 16, 2012. The reservoir is down nearly 6 feet from normal levels and being lowered 1 foot every five days to provide water for Indianapolis. (AP Photo/Michael Conroy)
Indianapolis is using 1ft. of water from this reservuoir every 5 day's...that just nuts!! Do they always use that much? Is this due to overpopulation in Indianapolis?
that looks really familiar to those of us here in Texas from last summer. Hope y'all get some relief as we did. We still could use more rain ourselves especially in mid-Texas north and west.
