The drooping wind sock shows that there wasn't a breeze stirring in the keys. The next day the wind sock was horizontal to the water.

Great and descriptive weather shot! Lovely scene and capture! How funny that it varied so much the next day. Lived in Key West for 2.5 years, as a child in the 60's. Like most of Florida, the Keys have grown since the 60's, and I'm sure you have seen a lot of changes since then. We have been going to the Keys regularly since the 70's.
