I've lived in Alaska since 1969. I really love this wild land. The extremes of the far north shape and affect every living thing. Extremes of weather, elevation, daylight hours, isolation, flora and fauna, nothing in Nature is insignificant.
I have a Davis Vantage Pro weather station, uploading to Wunderground, (Turks on the Tundra) the National Weather Service, the Citizen Weather Observation Program and MADIS (Meteorological Assimilation Data Ingest System).

Good thing too - you got a Blue Moon as I was typing - Congratulations!
Thanks Duane, and thanks for sharing! It took off right after this, went back to your house.
A beautiful series, too!
Congrats!
Glad you turned it loose, so it can circle around us again.
Partial Eclipse comes morning, I need to check again but should start about 5 AM my time. I'll be ready for it. Max eclipse I think should be at my Moonset! Sorry, don't think you will see it.
I think you're right Gil, I may not get to see the partial eclipse...
