The moon is just exiting toward the left after totality. The "flare" is from spotty clouds in the area during the eclipse - guess we were lucky to see it for its entirety.
Since this is film - the data is: ISO 400, 1/4000th second at f44, 520 mm lens (260 Vivitar with doubler)with a ND4 filter.
