Thank you all for the compliments. I got lucky to find the Robins nest last month out front. The momma Robin has been very tolerant considering the number of people that walk by the nest every day. Robins tend to be like that -- they choose places to nest that are close to where people are, I suppose because they somehow know the danger from people is much less than the danger from predators which are more common in places where people aren't. Hi Kathy, I also got some photos of the Tulip's out front. You always say that I should take more flower pictures so after photographing the Robins nest today, I took a few of the Tulips also. Hey Kathy, I just noticed. The funny part is that it was just dumb luck that I got that particular shot. The momma Robin just flew in with food as I was getting ready to photograph the babies. Once again a big thank you to everyone for all the compliments. I'm just blown away and amazed by all the attention. Because of this, I'm not looking at all my photos with a different eye. Hi minou, interesting point. I had not thought about that before. I couldn't use the flash, and I took this picture in the shadows. I had my camera set to Chrome 35mm Film response and for daylight setting so it made the picture a little more red. The actual color of the tree is more of a greenish brown.
